Depending on the type of application it is necessary to choose the more suitable motion. For example, it may be necessary to reduce loads on the mechanism parts, or reduce the vibrations, or even meet certain position or velocity constraints at specific times. We have a wide range of parametric motions adaptable to every need.
It will also be necessary to synchronize the movements carried out by the different cams: we can simulate and display the movements superposition.
Design of suitable mechanism.
Once the best suited motion is found, it will be also necessary to devise the most appropriate mechanism, which allows the motion transfer in a good manner, for example minimizing the loads on the parts involved. We provide our ability to generate flat or spatial cams to move tappets or rockers, with and without rollers, as well as various transmission mechanisms (e.g. the classic articulated quadrilateral).
